- Pre-stress means that the concrete itself is in compression. This eliminates cracks associated with handling and driving impact, thus preventing the intrusion of saline components which would ordinarily destroy the reinforcements.
- Coastal areas and the Cayes have high saline conditions which attack the reinforcements. The use of Prestress products solve this problem
- Pre-stress products require stronger concrete, which translate to a more durable and stable structure. We put into our concrete a Sulphate Resisting Cement and Superplasticizer.
- Pre-stress piles handles better and can take much more abuse than any other system used. They have bigger support characteristics, which means less pile and more savings.
